Billing questions
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Advanced and Pro both start with a full-featured 14-day trial through Shopify billing. You approve the charge when you install, pay nothing for 14 days, and can cancel any time from your Shopify admin before the trial ends.
What happens to my tests if I downgrade?
Your data stays intact. Running A/B tests pause if you move off Pro, and template switching beyond the default product template pauses on the Free plan. Re-upgrading picks up where you left off.
Is billing handled by Shopify?
Yes, all charges go through Shopify subscription billing, appear on your regular Shopify invoice, and stop automatically if you uninstall.
Do you charge based on traffic or orders?
No. Flat monthly (or yearly) price, unlimited visitors, unlimited events.
